More than a practice, yoga is a healthy lifestyle that care for and strengthens the body, mind and spirit through the practice of breathing and meditation. Practiced in India for thousands of years, it has become one of the physical and spiritual system with more followers every day.

During a yoga session, different asanas or postures harmonized with breathing, beneficial for both body and mind are practiced. The asanas have different degrees of difficulty from the easiest for beginners to the most extreme practiced by advanced students.
