Booking Terms and Conditions
These are general conditions that you accept by checking the box on the website.
Check-in time is from 3:00 PM and check-out time is until 12:00 PM.
Cancellation Policy based on Booked Dates:
- If your booking includes the dates of February 14-21, 2026, you can cancel free of charge up to 7 days before your arrival date. If you cancel after this period, you will be charged for the first night, and if you do not show up and do not cancel, you will be charged for the entire stay.
- If your booking includes the dates of April 2-4, 2026, you can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before your arrival date. If you cancel after this period, you will be charged for the first night, and if you do not show up and do not cancel, you will be charged for the entire stay.
- If your booking includes the dates of April 23-26, 2026, your booking is NON-REFUNDABLE and cannot be canceled or modified.
- If your reservation includes the dates of May 9-16, 2026, you can cancel free of charge up to 7 days before your arrival date. If you cancel after this period, you will be charged for the first night, and if you do not show up and do not cancel, you will be charged for the entire stay.
- If your reservation includes the dates of July 1-August 31, 2026, you can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before your arrival date. If you cancel after this period, you will be charged for the first night, and if you do not show up and do not cancel, you will be charged for the entire stay.
- For all other dates in 2026, if you cancel up to 2 days before your arrival date, the hotel will not charge you. If you cancel after this period, you will be charged for the first night, and if you do not show up and do not cancel, you will be charged for the entire stay.
Children and extra beds:
- Children under 5 years old stay free of charge when using existing beds; it is essential to inform the hotel in advance.
- Children under 2 years old stay free of charge in a crib; prior reservation is essential.
- Children over that age pay the adult rate.
- Cribs are available upon request only. The hotel must confirm availability.
No pets allowed.
Credit cards:
Accepted cards: American Express, Visa, Maestro, and other cards.
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards prior to arrival.
